About The Role Fines Controller Caerphilly £25,000 p.a. MonFri, 36.25 hrs Are you analytical, proactive, and ready to take ownership of a critical cost-control function within a busy fleet operation? Were looking for a Fines Controller to join our Fleet team at phs Group in Caerphilly. This is a key role focused on reducing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), preventing avoidable costs, and driving behavioural change across the business. Youll work closely with the Fleet Administrator but will take the lead on performance management, prevention strategies, and cost reduction.
