Senior Employment Solicitor (8+ PQE)

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of contentious/non contentious employment matters, including tribunal proceedings.
* Draft and respond to claims, prepare witness statements, manage disclosure, and liaise directly with clients.
* Provide strategic advice on discrimination, whistleblowing, and complex employee relations issues.
* Attend client meetings and contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
* Work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues within the wider employment team.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years’ PQE.
* Solid background in employment law, with an emphasis on contentious and discrimination-related matters.
* Experience of advocacy is desirable but not essential.
* Proven ability to manage matters autonomously and communicate confidently with clients.
* Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
* A team player with a proactive, commercial, and pragmatic approach to client service.
