We employ over 1,200 employees nationwide.We possess a range of specialist skills to support our civil engineering and infrastructure activities, including:TunnellingMEICATemporary and permanent designSteel-fabricationSigns (design and fabrication)Health & safety equipment and products, including PPECompany Website:https://www.barhale.co.uk/Company Showcase Video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFqsoclCUZAWhy join Barhale?As Gold Investors in People, we are committed to a high standard of people practices, creating an inclusive environment and ensuring cultural alignment to our business strategy, ethos and philosophies.Job security, long-term secured work through various frameworks and large infrastructure schemesA broad range of civil engineering and mechanical and electrical schemes across some of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects and clientsStrong career progression as demonstrated by our track record in promoting from within, as we believe this is a key driver to our successSkills Development and TrainingRegional Office AdministratorThe RoleThis Regional Office Administrator will provide a full, comprehensive support service to both the Regional Director, the Senior Management team and the region.Supporting team members, ensuring diary management, travel, and accommodation are booked, and the production of documents as and when required is completed, Office supplies are ordered and tracking the budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide weekly and monthly reports collating data from regional sitesAssist in the update and production of monthly reports, KPI information, presentations, briefing papers and any other documentation as requested by the Regional Director and senior team.Build and manage internal and external customer relationships, acting as a first point of contact for queries and redirecting to the most appropriate person.Coordinate and organise external and internal meetings, ensuring that the regional team have relevant documentation prepared for meetings.Manage and update the regional SharePoint information pages relating to the various workstreams.Establish and maintain office procedures and systems, i.e. filing systemsAdminister leave requests, ensuring that the regional team are aware of all holiday leave.Perform daily administrative tasks as requested by the regional team.Administration of budgets, including regional office IT & stationary, ensuring these are managed cost-effectively.Ensure the office is tidy/clean.Be the key contact for the car parking, travel and accommodation booking system and manage and communicate any changes to the relevant persons.Manage the legal contract administration and archiving system, ensuring the files are stored in line with the Company procedures.Be the key contact for facilities management for the office with guidance and support from the HSEQ team.Attend meetings when required, taking accurate notes, ensuring they are distributed promptly, and monitoring the progress of action points from the meetings.Coordinate travel arrangements and book accommodation and car parking.Manage incoming and outgoing posts.Ensure the diary of the Director is managed effectively, and arrange events as requiredBook meeting rooms, issue meeting papers, and ensure the equipment required is availableTake telephone calls and ensure relevant messages are communicatedKey Measures and TargetsEnsure the Senior Team is aware of key Regional KPIS and performance against themConsistent and timely reports compiled for the regionAll expenditure is controlled and remains within the allocated budgetCompliance with the Facilities Management pack and associated regulationsAll travel and accommodation bookings are made to suit diary requirementsThe Director\\\\\\\'s diary is always to be kept up to date Key RelationshipsDirectorsSenior Regional Management teamInternal Head Office Accounts and Reception teamEssentialAdministration experienceProficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packagesAbility to communicate at all levelsHigh regard for confidentialityAbility to work with minimal supervisionWillingness and enthusiasm to take on new challenges and develop the roleOrganised with the ability to prioritise and take ownership of workloadsDesirable: A-Level/BTEC business qualification, or equivalentExperience working within the built environment industryCaring and investing in youOur values have been embedded at Barhale for over 40 years, and they are our guiding principles regarding how we care and invest in people.
