Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for their pioneering cellular anti-aging therapies? We are looking for an Account Manager to join our counter at Selfridges, London. Working alongside the Business Manager, you will manage a team of 5 Beauty Consultants/Therapists. You will implement effective weekly business plans and work towards maximizing retail performance targets. You will have the opportunity to work with our existing clients and recruit new customers to the brand. Additionally, you can utilize our beauty room to enhance the customer experience and host on/off counter events.
Main Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales by following La Prairie's selling and training guidelines, including creating outreach opportunities and partnering with your host store to offer the ultimate La Prairie experience.
2. Conduct daily traffic stops in-store to recruit prospective clients.
3. Invite every customer to sit down for a skincare consultation, listening and identifying their needs.
4. Proactively organize external events to generate sales and recruit new clients.
5. Ensure the counter is maintained to exemplary standards and communicate effectively with all relevant La Prairie departments.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
* Experience providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients.
