Recruit, manage, and develop a team of talented PE teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive departmental culture. Play a key role in developing and maintaining the school's sporting facilities and equipment. Represent the PE department at school-wide events and contribute to the wider school improvement initiatives. You'll be a great fit if you: Possess a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE) and extensive experience in Physical Education leadership. Have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful PE curriculums. Demonstrate a strong passion for physical activity and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles amongst students. Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and students.
