JOB TITLE: Care Coordinator

As a Care Coordinator at Hillgate Recruitment Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining good relationships with clients and ensuring a safe environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that our facilities meet and exceed expectations. We provide customized facility solutions tailored to each location, and as a Care Coordinator, you will be an integral part of this process.
Responsibilities
1. Assist individuals in all aspects of their lives, providing support as needed.
2. Support individuals in designing and reviewing their support/care plans.
3. Monitor individuals' progress and report issues to appropriate personnel.
4. Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
2. Mandatory Training Certificate.
3. English language assessment required for non-British citizens.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Good verbal and written communication skills.
9. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
