The project: As the private business unit continues to expand, we are searching for an inspirational Senior Project Manager to support our growth strategy. We are looking for an individual who has project management consultancy experience across corporate real estate projects and programmes.
This role will provide end to end project management across the project lifecycle to meet defined time, cost, technical performance and quality requirements. You will manage client-facing delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to shape project plans, mobilise specialist teams and manage governance requirements. As Project Manager, you drive delivery as lead consultant, building strong relationships and ensuring outcomes align with client strategy, working within a high-energy consultancy environment.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Applying strong health and safety knowledge across projects.
* Fostering an inclusive, supportive team environment.
* Managing quality systems and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
* Supporting senior leaders with timely project outputs.
* Managing budgets, risks and functional development.
* Managing consultant teams collaboratively to meet KPIs.
* Promoting innovation and best practice across Mace.
You’ll Need To Have
* JCT/NEC4 project delivery experience with professional accreditation.
* Strong corporate real estate project management expertise.
* Proven leadership in large teams and senior stakeholder engagement.
* Commercially aware, with understanding of sustainability and carbon impacts.
