About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Support Administrator to join our team at WPS in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our operational teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the contract team, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
* Assist with financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, and cost tracking.
* Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and handle general office duties.
* Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service.
About You
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous experience in an administrative role within a property services or facilities management environment is desirable.
