Join to apply for the Learning and Development Administrator role at Trowers & Hamlins.

The Role

* Handle day-to-day administrative duties for the L&D function.
* Coordinate and promote training sessions in collaboration with other trainers.
* Organise the firm's weekly training schedule and manage CPD information flow.
* Manage external course bookings and maintain accurate records.
* Administer and update the L&D site on the intranet.
* Assist in setting up and running training events smoothly.
* Support flagship development programmes and organise return to work programmes.


The Candidate

* A strong interest in learning and development.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Good communication skills, both oral and written.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Flexibility to travel to other UK offices and work outside normal hours if required.
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.
