The Role – Administration & Reception Manager
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people focused individual to join our award winning team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our home, supporting both our staff and residents with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support the reception team (1 weekday & 1 weekend receptionist)
* Oversee and maintain all staff HR personnel files
* Organize onboarding for new starters and offboarding for leavers
* Track and manage annual leave and absences for care staff
* Create and maintain staff rotas and allocations
* Arrange agency cover when required and process agency invoices for accounts
* Oversee staff training records via our Training Portal
* Handle phone calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely responses
* Provide reception cover when needed
* Carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required
