Creative Design Manager

About the Role
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on Creative & Design Lead role sitting at the intersection of creative strategy, design execution and AI‑enabled production.
Reporting into the Director of Brand, you will be responsible for bringing our global brands to life across every touchpoint – from packaging and print to digital campaigns, social and product launches.
A key early focus will be the rapid global rollout of new brand guidelines. You will act as guardian of the brand identity, creative engine of the team, and a key driver of how we scale creative output without agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Campaign Ideation
* Develop bold, insight‑led campaign ideas across global brands
* Translate strategy into creative concepts and launch toolkits
* Proactively bring new ideas, trends and formats to the table
Hands‑on Design & Execution
* Deliver high‑quality creative across print, digital, social, packaging and video
* Work confidently across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
* Ensure strong brand consistency across all outputs
Brand & Guidelines Ownership
* Lead rollout and ongoing application of global brand guidelines
* Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates and asset libraries
* Act as brand guardian across all markets and touchpoints
AI‑Native Creative Delivery
* Use AI tools to accelerate creative output and workflows
* Build prompts, guardrails and scalable AI design processes
