Job Description
This role is an integral part of the Operations Team which covers IT, HR and Facilities, ensuring that all business functions are supported in those areas. We are the service orientated team, with the focus on a high standard of service to all staff at Avalon.
Core function of the role is to maintain operations efficiency and delivery of our facilities services and office management across all Avalon UK business divisions, ensuring that our office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Office / Facilities
1. Manage effective space utilisation and oversee all internal moves;
2. Plan and co-ordinate production set-ups and shutdowns;
3. Office presentation: conduct daily and weekly office checks in order to maintain highest possible standard of office presentation. Address any improvements in a timely manner and provide design solutions;
4. Oversee and approve supplies purchases;
5. Oversee departmental credit card spend;
6. Budget for facilities and Operations spend;
7. Manage existing service contractors including security, cleaning, catering, building maintenance, hospitality, etc. Administer tendering procedures as and when necessary.
