Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and operationally focused Compliance Administrator to lead the successful execution of client projects and programmes. This role will ensure that our service delivery is consistent, efficient, and aligned with client expectations. We will provide training in various compliance frameworks and offer on-the-job mentoring.
Duties
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all client projects and programmes, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Contribute technical insight and delivery expertise to the sales process, helping shape proposals and client solutions.
* Lead the client onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery and setting clear expectations.
* Review and approve project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and intervene where necessary to keep projects on track.
* Review client reports and project documentation for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with service standards.
* Ensure readiness for post-project support, including handovers, client check-ins, and ongoing service needs.
