A dynamic, innovative Construction Consultancy in Bristol is looking to add a talented Employers Agent to their growing team.
The Employers Agent Role
The successful Employers Agent will come from a Quantity Surveying or Project Management background with experience working in a UK Consultancy.
You'll be responsible for delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Admin services across a range of exciting New Build Residential developments, working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations & Private Developers.
This role is perfect for an ambitious Employers Agent / Quantity Surveyor eager to join a vibrant consultancy, benefit from a supportive team with excellent progression & development opportunities - including a brilliant internal APC programme.
The Employers Agent - Requirements
You will ideally have:
A construction related RICS Accredited degree
Previous Employers Agent / Contract Admin experience
A Quantity Surveying or Project Management background in a UK Consultancy
Residential sector experience is highly desirable
