Requirements
The Year 2/3 Teacher (YR2/3) will have:
* Experience teaching Year 2 or Year 3 — ideally both
* Experience or comfort teaching mixed year groups across two key stages
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong behaviour management strategies
* The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
* Willingness to support the school in any areas where help is needed, such as extra-curricular activities and subject leadership
* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
