Executive/ VIP Support Analyst

My client, a large Bank, is looking for a IT Support Analyst who has extensive experience with Executive and VIP Support. Executive Support provides a ‘front-to-back’ support service to a customer base of the Top 200 most senior & influential directors and executives in the bank, including the CEO, Chairman and Executive Committee, resolving all the Executives IT needs, in a fast and efficient manner, whilst always maintaining calm and in control.
Shift times below:
08:00 – 16:30
10:00 – 18:30
On-Call rotation:
Mon-Fri: 18:30 – 00:00
Sat/Sun: 08:00 – 00:00
Knowledge/Experience required:
* Experience supporting in Executive environment.
* Windows 10 & Office 365 including MS Teams.
* MacOS.
* Outlook / Office 365 support.
* Lenovo & HP Hardware support.
* Apple Products (MacBook, iPads, iPhones).
* Intune MDM.
