As an ADMS Specialist, you will: Be responsible for the deployment, support, and maintenance of Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) products such as PowerOn Fusion (PoF) and PowerOn Advantage (PoA). Work with DMS applications including Distribution Power Flow (DPF), Volt/VAR Control (IVVC), FLISR/FDIR, OMS, DER, and Storm Assist modules. Support system operations by configuring user interfaces, SCADA integration, and modeling tools for both transmission and distribution electrical grid environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-level issues. What You Bring to the Table: 5 years of hands-on experience with ADMS platforms, particularly PoF and PoA. Strong understanding of DMS, OMS, and DER systems within utility networks. Solid knowledge of both transmission and distribution grid systems. Technical proficiency in Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL, Cassandra, and Jasper Reports. Familiarity with SCADA interfaces, grid modeling, and remote monitoring/diagnostic tools. Understanding of TCP/IP networking, IP addressing, routing, firewalls, LANs, DNS, switches, and Active Directory. You should possess the ability to: Work independently with minimal supervision in a complex system support environment. Troubleshoot across the full technology stack – from infrastructure to ADMS application layers. Understand and apply NERC CIP standards in operations. Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude even under pressure. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to quality and consistency.
