Production / Installation Worker
Location: Enstone (own transport required – rural location)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Contract Type: Temp-to-perm
Pay: £12.50 per hour (temp) | £26k to £30k per annum (perm)
Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Enstone for a Production / Installation Worker. Due to the rural location, applicants must have their own transport.
This is a busy, hands-on role within a production and warehouse environment, with the opportunity to become permanent.
Duties include:
1. Picking, packing and wrapping products
2. Loading and unloading deliveries
3. Goods in / goods out
4. Operating machinery and production equipment (training provided where required)
5. Supporting the production facility with general duties
6. Maintaining excellent housekeeping, organisation and tidiness at all times
7. Working off-site with the installation team (training provided)
Installation Work & Bonuses:
8. Installation work required 1–3 days once or twice per month
9. UK-based initially, with potential worldwide travel once permanent
10. £50 per day working away bonus
11. £25 per day subsistence
12. Overtime available
Candidate Requirements:
13. Physically fit (heavy lifting involved)
14. Fork Lift Truck (FLT) licence
15. Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
16. Strong team player, reliable and hard-working
17. Willingness to learn with a positive, friendly attitude
18. Good timekeeping, flexibility and attention to detail
19. Customer service experience desirable
