We're looking for someone with: Communication - being able to communicate to people with various levels of knowledge, face-to-face, over the phone or via email Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of Insurance and relation issues FCA rules and guidelines relating to Commercial and/or Private Customers' Using your skills, you will be: Meeting customers' needs and demands by supporting them with amendments to existing policies Cover all aspects of insurance arrangements for clients, effectively offering a quality service whilst maintaining high level customer service Growing market development awareness in your business areas to bring to the attention of clients and colleagues where appropriate Maintaining and ensuring correct wording is enclosed within all Insurance documentation Liaising with colleagues of all levels including Insurers, Claims Handlers and other colleagues Key information At NFP, an Aon company, we offer flexible or hybrid working, subject to your contract or line manager
