Training Operations Coordinator
Contract (Maternity Cover – up to 12 months with the possibility of extension or adjustment)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful Telford-based organization as a Training Operations Coordinator. You will oversee daily business operations, support colleagues, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate excellent administration, organizational skills, and effective communication at all levels. The role requires a team player who can also work independently and possesses strong IT skills.
Responsibilities
* Perform administrative tasks such as sending course instructions, updating CRM, preparing materials, and filing paperwork.
* Ensure compliance by checking candidate paperwork, reviewing training records, and maintaining accuracy.
* Coordinate and monitor bookings, ensuring instructors have necessary information and materials, including travel arrangements.
* Schedule training programs and support schedule adjustments as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet sales, operational, and customer needs.
* Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
* Identify process improvements and recommend changes.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
* Support the department with ad hoc duties as assigned.
* Compile reports, attend meetings, and take minutes.
* Coordinate training activities and support operational management.
* Handle urgent tasks efficiently, maintaining high service standards.
* Develop a quick understanding of offered training courses.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Hubspot CRM.
* Experience supervising or leading a field team.
* Experience in a compliance-led industry (banking, insurance, etc.) and knowledge of Warehousing, Transport, and Logistics training.
