Experienced Complex Care Carers Required
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Carers to support a client with complex needs in their own home. This is a rewarding opportunity for carers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who are confident, reliable, and committed to making a real difference.
Role Responsibilities
1. Providing personal care and companionship
2. Supporting a client with complex care needs in a home-based setting
3. Working independently while also being an integral part of a professional care team
Experience & Training
4. Experience with Tracheostomy and PEG feeding is preferred but not essential
5. Full training provided by our experienced branch nurses
6. All training is fully paid
Hours & Pay
7. 3.5 hours daily, each afternoon
8. Mileage paid at 35 pence per mile to and from the client’s home
9. Holiday pay accrued at 12%
