EYFS Teaching Assistant – Autism Support (Fleetwood)

Location: Mainstream Primary School, Fleetwood
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children? We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team and provide tailored support for children with Autism within our Early Years setting.
About the Role:
* Work closely with the class teacher to create an inclusive, nurturing environment.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with Autism, helping them access the curriculum and develop social and communication skills.
* Implement strategies to promote independence and positive behaviour.
* Liaise with parents, staff, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children in EYFS, ideally supporting SEND/Autism.
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) desirable.
