What is the role
Are you a creative and driven individual looking to further your career within a busy, fast-growing company? We seek someone to join our in-house creative team, which includes stylists, hair and make-up artists, and photographers, to produce high-quality imagery aligned with our brand guidelines.
You will play a key role in the daily operations of our Creative team. As a Creative Co-ordinator, you should have knowledge of women’s and men’s fashion, awareness of social media trends, and the ability to analyze competitors. Your role is to produce inspiring content that resonates with our customers and reflects each brand’s tone of voice.
What you will do
1. Deliver high-quality creative photography aligned with brand principles and creative direction.
2. Adapt to the dynamic needs of a large studio and creative team.
3. Take direction from your Creative Lead.
4. Interpret and execute multiple creative briefs weekly with our photographers, videographers, and producers.
5. Obtain sign-off on all briefs from the Creative Manager and Brand Creative Trend Design Forecaster.
6. Source props, materials, and products promptly in line with creative deadlines and maintain organized storage.
7. Communicate effectively within the team to evolve imagery aesthetics creatively.
8. Innovate and think outside the box in all processes and projects.
9. Manage creative packing, steaming, sample coordination, and ensure all requirements are met (e.g., photography kit, styling kit, creative packs).
10. Support seasonal creative research and contribute ideas for shoots, campaigns, and projects.
11. Assist in planning and booking photoshoots, including travel, freelancers, and equipment.
12. Attend photoshoots to support production, QC, selection, and grading processes.
13. Manage budgets and expenses related to creative projects.
14. Stay informed on competitors and current trends via Pinterest, Instagram, and recent campaigns.
15. Share competitor analysis insights with the wider team.
16. Maintain schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
17. Research and establish relationships with locations, permits, and global producers/agents.
18. Travel to external studios as needed, requiring a full driving license and passport, possibly including overseas travel.
19. Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation.
What you will bring

* 2-3 years of experience coordinating and assisting on fashion photoshoots.
