Investment Analyst/Associate - Investment Management Firm in London
Stanton House is recruiting for an Investment Analyst/Associate to join an Investment Management Firm in London. This role offers a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in office and the rest from home. This is a fantastic, commercially driven role that involves managing a broad range of responsibilities while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct credit analysis, assign ratings, and attend tenant/borrower meetings
* Support deal pricing and Investment Committee papers in coordination with clients
* Manage a credit portfolio and contribute to sector research
* Use financial models for credit analysis, structuring, valuation, and scenario testing
* Assist Client Solutions with business development activities
* Prepare investment reports, factsheets, and investor responses
* Coordinate input from legal, regulatory, and financial advisers
* Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
To be suitable for this role you must have the following:
* Degree-qualified, ideally with a professional designation (e.g. CFA, CAIA, ACA, RICS)
* Real estate knowledge and valuation experience, preferably RICS qualified or equivalent
* Proactive and able to work independently or in a team
* Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
* Commercially minded, analytical, and curious
* Clear and confident communicator with strong writing skills
* Collaborative team player
* Experience in credit risk and financial statement analysis is advantageous
