Customer Support Administrator
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid after training)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (Pro Rata)
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP + Extension
Are you an experienced Customer Support Administrator or Order Processing Administrator looking for a stable 6-month contract with a well-established engineering business, which is highly likely to be extended?
This is a customer-focused administrative role supporting order processing, handling inbound calls and emails, producing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between customers and internal teams.
The Role
1. Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries
2. Processing customer orders accurately through SAP / ERP systems
3. Providing order updates, delivery information, and resolving basic queries
4. Producing Excel-based reports and emailing updates to clients
5. Managing shared inboxes and maintaining accurate system records
6. Supporting internal teams with general administrative coordination
The Person
7. Experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
8. Confident dealing with customers over the phone and via email
9. Strong Excel skills (reporting and data handling)
10. SAP experience desirable but not essential
11. Organised, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
12. Must be able to get to an office location in Colwick Industrial Estate (NG4)
