About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and organised Author Hospitality Assistants (part‑time and full‑time) to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Authors’ Area, a private space for Book Festival participants. Youll bring customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional approach. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team environment and feel excited about delivering a seamless, memorable experience for every participant.
