Rotating Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm | 2:45pm-11:15pm Are you organised, hands-on, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Pre-Delivery Assistant Supervisor to help lead our Distribution team and make sure customer orders are ready, accurate, and delivered in perfect condition. What you'll be doing: Preparing finished goods for next-day deliveries and collections Checking products for quality, damage, and completeness Loading and organising orders, crates, and racks Supporting drivers and customers with loading and collections Helping supervise the team and step in when needed Assisting with training, health & safety, and daily team coordination Communicating with the office and resolving any issues or missing items What we're looking for: A reliable, organised team player with great attention to detail Confident communicating with colleagues, drivers, and office staff Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving approach Comfortable using basic computer systems (Outlook, Excel, Word) Previous experience supervising or coordinating staff is a bonus Why join us?
