We're EDP Training, a purpose-driven organisation delivering powerful, practical anti-racism and mental health training to companies across the UK.
We're looking for a brilliant and multi-skilled marketing coordinator to help us connect, grow, and tell our story ,across social media, newsletters, events, content, and digital platforms. You'll also play a key role in customer care, campaign planning, and day-to-day communications.
This is an ideal role for someone who's:

Hours & Working Pattern
We expect this role to be approximately 20-24 hours per week, ideally worked as:
* Full Mondays (team and content planning day)
* 3 shorter days across the week (flexible)
* Fridays off if preferred
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications
* Manage and schedule social media posts
* Create visually engaging graphics, carousels and video clips
* Maintain and update website (wordpress,course pages, blogs, bios, etc.)
* Draft, edit and send monthly newsletters
* Support SEO, copywriting, and light press releases or blog posts
* Create branded slide decks and documents (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
Digital Content & Engagement
* creating and editing short videos for campaigns and digital learning
* Repurpose feedback and learner quotes into case studies or social content
* Assist in building out our online platform and training materials (basic digital asset creation and video uploads)
* Help manage engagement in online learning communities
Customer Experience & Community
* Attend or co-host monthly client or trainer check-ins to gather feedback and insights
* Use post-course feedback to suggest content improvements and update decks/slides
* Help plan and promote monthly events for instructors or alumni
* Support trainer and client communications with polished comms and excellent care
Campaigns & Strategy
* Use analytics from newsletters, socials, and feedback forms to shape campaigns
* Support event planning, marketing campaigns, and national awareness days (e.g. BHM, WMHD)
* Scout for PR, publishing, or podcast opportunities
* Input into quarterly and yearly marketing strategy with the sales team
Tools You'll Use
Experience with these tools (or confidence to learn) is essential:
* Canva, Mailchimp, Kontentino (or similar scheduling tools)
* WordPress (website updates and basic page editing)
* Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
* Jotform, Zapier (for automation and data gathering)
* Airtable (tracking content, campaigns, or leads)
What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Qualities
* Strong visual design skills and document/presentation creation
* Attention to detail — grammar, links, branding, formatting
* Solid admin and digital organisation skills
* Experience managing or supporting social media channels
* Excellent written communication and a natural, friendly tone
