Education/ qualifications
Essential criteria
1. •Registered Nurse NMC.
2. •Mentorship.
Desirable criteria
3. •Additional relevant qualifications such as advanced medical assessment /History taking
4. •Basic leadership and management course.
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
5. •Experience within emergency nursing or acute medicine nursing.
6. •Ability to triage patients which are suitable for medical and other specialty areas
7. Knowledge of Telephone triage
Desirable criteria
8. •Ambulatory care experience/Emergency/Acute Medical experience
9. •Management skills.
10. •More than 5 years experience

11. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
