As a Theatre Practitioner at KIMS Hospital, you'll play a key role in the care of patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery, working alongside a dedicated team.
This is a full-time role working 4 shifts per week between Monday and Saturday.

Role Responsibilities
* Work with a variety of orthopaedic surgeons as a theatre practitioner.
* Assess, plan implement patient care and evaluate outcomes.
* Communicate effectively with other departments e.g. Sterile Services, Wards, Imaging Department to ensure effective and smooth-running patient care.
* Ensure that patients’ comfort, dignity, and privacy are always maintained.
* Ensure that your own practice and the practice of others is within an ethical and legal framework.
Person Specification
Essential
* Be a qualified and registered Practitioner (RN or ODP).
* Have post registration experience working as a Theatre Practitioner.
* Be patient orientated with a focus on continuous service improvement.
* Have evidence of continuous professional development and its application.
