Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per year depending on experience.

We are a well-established local Electrical company who are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities and organising engineers schedules. Providing administrative support across. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and proficiency in office software to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Duties

Dealing with customer enquiries
Assisting with scheduling appointments for engineers, and managing calendars effectively
Liaising with engineers on a day to day basis
Providing general administrative support as needed
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Excellent typing skills for data entry and document preparation
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
