growing timber suppliers. We serve both e-commerce and trade customers with a wide range of
timber products, including sawn timber, planed timber, decking, and fencing.

The Packing Supervisor role:
With three dedicated timber packing lines in full swing at our Bangor HQ in North Wales, we’re
creating a supervisory role to drive efficiency, supervise a high-performing team, and ensure smooth
daily operations.
Reporting to our highly experienced General Manager, as the Packing Supervisor your main duties
will include:
* Overseeing daily operations across three timber packing lines
* Leading and motivating a team of 6 packing operatives (and growing!)
* Ensuring timber products are correctly strapped, labelled, and stacked for dispatch
* Generating pick waves and pick lists using modern software
* Coordinating with forklift drivers to ensure timely materials flow
* Proactively monitoring system data and physical performance and maintaining a consistent
* flow of work, preventing bottlenecks and quickly resolving issues
* Upholding safety and housekeeping standards
* Training new operatives and providing ongoing support
* Working closely with the General Manager to ensure achieving key performance indicators
* related to speed, output, and accuracy
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced warehouse, production, or logistics
* A confident leader who communicates clearly, and demonstrates energy and professionalism
* Calm under pressure, practical, and constantly thinks ahead
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for efficiency and improvement
* Comfortable using warehouse or ERP systems (training provided)
* Hands-on and physically fit – willing to lead by example
* Although not essential, a valid Forklift licence is desirable.

* Full time hours, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm
