As a Regional Sales Manager you will:* Provide first (and second) line management to the team allocated and be fully responsible for all HR related activities including coaching and development for all direct and indirect reports.* Be accountable for the results of sales revenues of the EP portfolio.* Liaise effectively with team and wider support staff to ensure implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation.* Be able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott's EP products and develop an deep understanding of the market, including competitor offerings. What you'll need:* A Degree in life science or equivalent.* Significant medical sales experience in medical devices, ideally in a similar sales management role, with cardiology preferred.* Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills.* Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, with good negotiation skills.* Ethical character.
