We offer flexibility, working around your schedule, with both part-time and full-time roles available. This is an excellent opportunity to support students and teachers in creating a nurturing and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Assist with student learning on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organization.
* Provide additional support during lessons, break times, and other school activities.
Requirements:
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
* A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude.
* Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when required.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
