In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Duties: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about our products and services Assist customers with processing payments, and resolving billing issues Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department Maintain customer records and update information as necessary Reviewing and processing requests on behalf of the client. Working to service level agreements and process information accurately. Receive and resolve enquiries from customers and their advisors. Ensure information on CRM systems are current and accurate.
