Role Overview
We are recruiting hybrid working Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to use existing clinical knowledge in a supportive, locally owned assessment provider. As a WCA Assessor you will provide unbiased, comprehensive Work Capability Assessments while ensuring a personalised, inclusive and empathetic service for the service user.
Responsibilities
* Conduct 5-6 assessments per day including telephone/face‑to‑face assessment and (Apply online only) word report.
* Manage cases throughout the day, allowing greater job autonomy to manage cases to conclusion.
* Assess a full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
* Have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing additional evidence and team meetings.
Requirements
* Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
* 2+ years post‑qualification experience.
* Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
* Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
Benefits
* Basic salary £45,500.

Role Details
