Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and integration of complex systems, ensuring they meet technical standards and project requirements.
* Provide expert technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust engineering solutions.
* Identify and resolve technical challenges swiftly, ensuring project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
* Document system architecture, processes, and handover materials comprehensively for future reference and compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong systems engineering background with architectural & design experience
* Data architecture exposure highly desirable
* Domain knowledge: Army / MOD environments ideally
* Proficient in Sparx EA
* CIS, enterprise IT, digital transformation experience valued
