Are you an experienced Clinical Lead looking for a new opportunity in Brackley? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our team and positively support our Registered Manager in providing leadership to our care and support staff. The home has a GOOD CQC rating and fantastic reviews, providing an excellent working environment for you.
Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and facilitate the nursing and medical needs of our service users.
* Assist senior management in delivering high-quality care and support, and deputise when required.
* Maintain current skills through training and development.
* Ensure compliance with standards, legislative requirements, regulations, and best practices.
Duties
* Ensure service users' preferences and wishes are at the heart of care delivery.
* Manage day-to-day care delivery and the staff team efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain and update all recording systems and organisational documentation.
* Provide guidance and support for care staff on nursing and medical matters.
* Act as a shift leader to monitor and direct the effective running of the unit.
Qualifications
* Nursing home experience
* NMC registration
* Leadership experience
* Availability every other weekend
