Project Administrator
Full time £27,562 per annum
37.5 hours per week
The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring.
We are recruiting for a Project Administrator within our Technology & Change team. The role supports the Projects Team Manager by overseeing governance activities across the team's portfolio. This will include coordinating quality control processes, configuring and managing project lists and maintaining records for compliance.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate governance control across projects.
* Ensure compliance tasks are completed across all projects.
* Administer budgets across Technology
* Complete monthly reconciliation and audits.
* To be the administrator of the Projects SharePoint sprint and project planner boards.
* Coordinate the issue of Purchase Orders and invoicing across the department.
We are looking for the following in applications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office across a range of programmes.
* A high standard of written and verbal communication
* The ability to prioritise a complex and demanding workload.
* Knowledge and experience of project management tools and methodologies.
