Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in the classroom? A welcoming primary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.
Working closely with pupils who require additional support, you'll play a key role in building confidence, encouraging independence, and helping students reach their full potential.
The Role:
* Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Work alongside class teachers and SENCOs
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Full-time, long-term position
We're Looking For:
* Previous experience supporting children or young people
* A patient, caring and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills
* A genuine passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
