We’re hiring a Planning & Reporting Lead — a pivotal role shaping how we plan, measure, and optimise MBNL’s Inspect & Maintain operating model.
What you’ll own
* The planning cadence and performance MI that underpin our maintenance strategy
* Trusted reporting, KPI validation, SLA governance, and supplier performance insight
* Predictive analytics to reduce reactive work, optimise cost, and improve network resilience
* Continuous improvement across quality, cost, and operational performance
What you’ll deliver
* Clear insight on maintenance plan adherence, risks, and emerging trends
* Data‑driven recommendations that improve supplier delivery and operational outcomes
* Automated dashboards, data quality controls, and a robust metric library
* Transparent SLA validation and fair KPI attribution across multiple suppliers
* Insight that feeds short‑, medium‑ and long‑term asset management planning
What you’ll bring
* Strong telecoms operations or maintenance background
* Expertise in performance MI/analytics, SLA frameworks, and supplier governance
* Advanced skills in Power BI/Tableau, Excel/PowerQuery; SQL a bonus
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive supplier performance
* Experience in customer‑facing or managed‑service environments
