Are you a skilled Prepper, Polisher, or Paint Sprayer with a passion for transforming vehicles? Join our client’s crash repair team at their family-run car dealer group in Fleet, Hampshire, specialising in cars, vans, and more.
Key Responsibilities for the Paint Sprayer/Prepper/Polisher:
4. Vehicle Prepping: Sand, prime, and mask vehicles for painting, ensuring optimal conditions for a flawless finish.
5. Polishing: Achieve high-quality, mirror-like finishes through expert polishing techniques.
6. Paint Spraying: Apply paint to vehicles with precision, adhering to industry standards for a durable, seamless result.
7. Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and compliance with standards.
Qualifications and Experience of the Paint Sprayer/Prepper/Polisher:
8. Proven experience in vehicle prepping, polishing, or paint spraying in a professional automotive setting.
9. Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain high attention to detail.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
11. Relevant certifications in automotive refinishing are desirable.
12. Full UK Driving Licence.
