The University’s Procurement Department is looking for two Deputy Category Managers to support the Category Manager in delivering key objectives by providing strategic leadership in the following categories:
* Estates
* Global Recruitment and Marketing
One role is permanent, and the other is fixed-term for 2 years. Please indicate when applying which category you are interested in and whether you would consider a permanent or fixed-term position.
You will have:
* An understanding of operational procurement processes across the entire procurement cycle, including requirement analysis, procurement planning, tendering, and contract review.
* Knowledge of public sector procurement and market economics.
* Experience with procurement governance best practices, sourcing, supplier management, and category management.
* Stakeholder management experience within the procurement cycle.
