THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage a varied and interesting caseload spanning agricultural, commercial and residential property matters. This will include advising on farm and land transactions, grazing licences and development projects, as well as handling commercial leases and landlord and tenant work. The role also involves dealing with residential conveyancing and general title issues, such as easements and boundary matters. You will provide clear, practical advice to clients operating within the agricultural and rural sectors, while building and maintaining strong, long term client relationships. In addition, you will support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the property team, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistently high standard of client service.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified Solicitors through to those with several years' post:qualification experience. You will have experience handling complex property transactions and demonstrate strong commercial awareness with a client focused approach. The ideal candidate will be confident engaging with a diverse agricultural and rural client base and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be proactive, well organised and capable of managing a varied workload independently. A local connection to one of the firm's offices would be advantageous, though not essential.
