A Deskside Support Analyst analyst is required to join a leading UK professional services and technology-driven organisation, supporting a large internal user base across multiple offices. The company is known for its commitment to service excellence, operational reliability, and continuous improvement.
As aDeskside Support Analyst, you will provide end-user technical support, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and applications. Troubleshot and escalated complex incidents as required, ensured compliance with IT security policies.
Required Skills:
* Experience in a deskside support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
* Experience with hardware troubleshooting, device setup, and basic network connectivity issues.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM.
* Familiarity with ITIL framework
