To support continuous improvement across the Protecting People Committees/Partnerships (child protection, adult protection, violence against women, management of offenders, suicide prevention and substance misuse) and member agencies and ensure local implementation of best practice approaches at a strategic and operational level.The IndividualYou will have an understanding of outcomes reporting processes and performance management. You will also have experience in service development and / or planning, multi-disciplinary working and developing positive partnerships, and in managing projects or services.\n\nAs an effective communicator you will have report writing skills.
