Supply Hive is supporting an established primary school in Maidenhead that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible until the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate KS2 teacher to make a positive impact within a supportive school environment. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment that supports pupil progress. Assess, monitor and report on pupil attainment and development. Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND or additional needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders. Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and well being. Requirements: ✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ✔️ Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4 ✔️ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills ✔️ A proactive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to teaching ✔️ Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents ✔️ Right to work in the UK ✔️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
