Sous Chef - Permanent, full time, year round. The Cabin Beach Cafe, Tipsy Crab Bistro - friendly, professional and supportive team - no splits - no excessive hours
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join us. The successful applicant must have proven experience, a love of food and enjoy working in a professional, hard working environment. Strong communication skills are essential as you must be capable of running service in the Head Chef's absence.
We have a substantial lunch trade plus a growing evening service, with a varied menu over 4 evenings weekly in the season, reducing during the winter. We take huge pride in our food and also do everything we can to offer excellent customer service.
The working week will be a mixture of days and evenings over weekdays and weekends. Flexibility is very important.
Pay will be based on ability and experience.
