THE ROLE - SITE AGENT
As a Site Agent, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, managing site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a key leadership role overseeing site operations and coordinating all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage and oversee site teams and day-to-day construction activities
·Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
·Lead project planning, programming, and progress monitoring (ASTA Powerproject)
·Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships
·Oversee project reporting, cost control, and commercial performance
·Ensure works are delivered in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
·Coordinate resources, materials, and plant to achieve programme targets
·Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Engineers and Sub Agents
ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive and experienced civil engineering professional who thrives in a leadership role. You are committed to delivering high-quality projects while maintaining strong safety standards and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
·Degree or NVQ Level 4+ in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
·SMSTS
·CSCS Black Card
·First Aid certification
·Strong working knowledge of ASTA Powerproject
·Excellent contractual and commercial awareness
·Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
·Proven experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects
