Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & After-Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced, friendly team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of queries related to products, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
This is a hands-on, varied position that involves managing all aspects of the after-sales process. You'll be supporting a large, seasonal online business, so adaptability and attention to detail are essential. Day-to-day tasks can include anything from processing online orders and handling customer returns, to managing warranty claims, chasing courier updates, and assisting the sales team with administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Support all after-sales activities, including returns, warranty claims, courier tracking, and follow-ups.
* Process customer orders from enquiry to delivery with accuracy and care.
* Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
* Prepare and manage customer quotations, including follow-ups.
* Coordinate and chase deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
* Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
* Assist during busy seasonal periods with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
* Provide admin support to the sales team as needed.
* Handle occasional purchasing and general office tasks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service and after-sales support is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
* Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional support.
* Confident using computers, with proficiency in MS Office, order processing systems, and CRM tools.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly important during busy seasonal periods.
* Proactive and self-motivated, able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks independently.

Summer hours (8 months) 42.5 hour weeks:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturdays: 8:30am - 5pm.
Winter hours (4 months) 40 hour weeks:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5pm, Saturdays: 9am-4pm.
Contribution to the Saturday Rota required
